This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Easy Pay Per Call LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as “Seller Lead HQ” (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit sellerleadhq.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with our services directed at real estate wholesalers, home flippers, and real estate investors (collectively, our “B2B Services”).
This Policy applies only to the Site and our B2B Services. It does not apply to separate consumer-facing landing pages or lead-capture forms we operate to collect information from homeowners interested in selling their property; those properties are governed by their own privacy notices.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

3. Who This Policy Covers
The Site is intended solely for business users located in the United States who are age 18 or older and who are interested in purchasing real estate seller leads. We do not knowingly direct the Site to consumers acting in a personal capacity, to individuals under the age of 18, or to users located outside the United States.

4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you book an appointment through our scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly) or otherwise contact us, we collect information you submit, which may include:
Full name
Business email address
Phone number
Company name

Any other information you voluntarily include in messages, forms, or calls with us
If you later become a paying customer, we (or our payment processor) will collect billing and payment information necessary to process your purchase. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (expected to be Stripe, Inc.) and are not stored on our servers.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our third-party service providers and we automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies, including:
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings
Referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on pages

Calendly (Calendly, LLC) — to enable appointment scheduling

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not work properly. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Responding to inquiries and scheduling and conducting consultation calls
Providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Site and our B2B Services
Processing transactions and fulfilling orders if you become a paying customer

Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and similar services

7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We may share information as follows:
Service Providers: With vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, scheduling (Calendly), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, customer relationship management, and advertising measurement.
Advertising Partners: With advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube) through pixels and similar technologies for purposes such as ad measurement, attribution, retargeting, and delivery of tailored advertising.
Affiliates: With affiliated entities under common ownership or control with Easy Pay Per Call LLC.
Legal and Safety: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.

8. Email and Marketing Communications
If you book a consultation call, provide us your business contact information, or otherwise engage with us, you acknowledge and agree that we may send you marketing and follow-up communications about our products and services on a periodic basis.
Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE.” We will honor your opt-out request promptly and within the timeframes required by law. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional, or administrative communications related to any active business relationship.

9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When we no longer need personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

11.2 California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), provides you with certain rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share; the right to request deletion of personal information; the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of cross-context behavioral advertising; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

11.3 Virginia, Colorado, and Other State Residents

13. Children’s Privacy
The Site and our B2B Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably practicable.

14. International Users
The Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We do not direct the Site or our B2B Services to, and do not knowingly collect information from, individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions.
